Wim van Rensburg  -  Safely Back Home in South Africa

We thank God for getting Wim safely back home.  We enjoyed his visit with us here in Eastern North Carolina and we certainly miss him!  Please continue to pray for Wim and Hylien as they continue with the work that God has called them to do in South Africa.   

Church and Sunday School on the Mountain 

Wim started holding church services on the mountain back in the spring.  The children got fidgety that first Sunday,  so Hylien decided to start having Sunday School while Wim held services for the adults.   On most Sundays there have been around 50 children in attendance at Sunday School!   They aren’t made to come  . . . most of them don’t even have parents to bring them   . . . but they come.   It is winter there now and it gets cold on the mountain.  One Sunday a few weeks ago, there was snow and cold wind --- and 30 or so children showed up!   They are hungry for God’s Word and for the love that Hylien and Wim show to them.
